Yes — The bill check is free. Connecting your smart meter is from £1.60 a month while it stays connected (£1.60 for one meter, £2.70 for gas and electricity).

We're privacy-first: your energy data is yours, and we never sell it. Our job is to model your own usage and show you honest, practical ways to cut your bills.

What is free, and what is not. The bill check, the whole-home postcode picture, the tariff comparison, the guides and an account are free, with no card. Connecting your smart meter is the paid part: it costs from £1.60 a month while it stays connected (£1.60 for one meter, £2.70 for gas and electricity), because the national smart-meter network charges us for that data one meter at a time. Disconnect and the charging stops. We take £0 commission on any switch either way.
