Why can't I see my data yet?

Smart-meter data comes through the national smart-meter network (the DCC), and the first set of readings can take a day or two to arrive after you connect.

There's nothing you need to do — we pull your data in the moment it's released and fill your home in automatically. If it's been several days and still nothing, email support@joulely.co.uk.
